format 8 ?

From: Drew Marold <dmarold_at_neosaej.com>

I recently tried to use svnlook, and got the error

svnlook: Expected repository format '3' or '5'; found format '8'

After doing a bunch of searching I found references to various formats
and how they're affected by upgrades, but I never saw anything about
format #8. On my svn server the format file contains a 5. Server is
running 1.4.2, my client was the same, but just today I upgraded to
1.4.5 to see if that made a difference (it didn't). Both server & client
are running windows xp, and the repository is in FSFS format (as far as
I can tell).

What is this mysterious format 8 ? Is there a way to upgrade my
repository so it's on the same format ?
Thanks,
        Drew
