In that case it could be an idea to start with the things svnforum.org
doesn't yet provide. That way you'll be immediately adding value to
the community and (this) discussion won't be necessary.
As many others, I believe we should try to concentrate questions and
answers in a limited number of places so others can find them easily.
Having many different forum sites conflicts with that line of
reasoning about availability of information.
Your contributions are valued, please don't misunderstand me there.
But all the time you spend in setting up these services could have
been spent at writing tutorials. The latter is - I hope you see that
too - obviously more valuable.
Currently, information about Subversion is easy to find for new users.
Please don't confuse them more than necessary by starting (another)
forum site. Have you tried working with any of the existing forum
sites to see if they are willing to add any of the services you say
you will be providing on your site? If not, it may save you a lot of
time (and energy) if they were to set them up. You could spend your
time writing the tutorials and other content.
