I think that is a non-issue because although SVN writes to physical file
folders on your "disk", the "disk" can very well be virtual, say, in a
TrueCrypt partition. But I think we have talked about it before that this
isn't really security, since a person may just go into your server and move
the stuff around such that the TrueCrypt partition is not used (or modify
system memory, for that matter).
