how does a user changes password on client side?

Hi all,

I setup subversion with Apache2 on Ubuntu as server,
and install subversion ruby bindings on client side
(red hat linux) to access URL.

After creating a pair of username and password by
"htpasswd2 -c /etc/apache2/dav_svn.passwd xxxx"
on server side, how does a user changes password on
client side?

Thanks

Gary
