migrating from Linux

Hi we are planning to migrate subversion from Linux to Solaris.

Have anyone had any problems with that previously? If yes what kind of
problems should I expect?

Previously when we used subversion we used it from rpmfind.net as it had a
packaged rpm which had already integrated the python bindings and other
libraries/modules required by subversion.

Does anyone have any idea if there is any website for solaris (not
sunfreeware coz it asks us to integrate ourselves) too?

By the way when is this 1.5 version of subversion coming ? Any update ?
Shall I wait till then?

Currently,we are using 1.4.3 subversion.

Any help/information/comment will be highly appreciated.

Thanks,
