I'll do you a favor since we use it here. Right click on your client C:/ in Windows Explorer and choose TortoiseSVN-->Settings. Click on Saved Data in the left pane (bottommost icon). Next to Authentication Data, click Clear. You can now login as another user. Do you need to change a password or just switch who you are logging in as?
