Subversion repository revision number in Linux

Hi
I am managing subversion server in Red hat Linux server.
Using the following command I am getting the revision number.
svn log svn://10.105.4.7/home/subversion/fortress -r HEAD -q
Is there any simple command to retrieve SVN revision number?
