Could not read chunk delimiter

Hi,

I have done repeated cleanups on my repository, but am still getting the following error when I try and do an SVN update. I am using Tortoise SVN, along with SVN version 1.4.3. SVN is running with an Apache interface, the pair were installed from the CollabNet distro.

Error: REPORT request failed on '/TEL/!svn/vcc/default'
Error: REPORT of '/TEL/!svn/vcc/default': Could not read chunk delimiter: Secure connection truncated

What does this error mean, and how do I fix it?
