hallo

after enabling the hook script 'pre-revprop-change' i was able to fix
most 'weird' looking author names.

sadly there is no revision range for the command you give. in addition i
did not need to fix all bad looking author names! some are still around
but do not seem to be that distubring like others.

but well after all: it worked! :-)
