This description is absolutely not specific enough to make anybody
help you. When you report problems to this list, please remember that
we cannot see what's on your screen, nor do we know what it is exactly
that you already tried to resolve the issue. So, please be as verbose
as you can (and then you're probably not even verbose enough!).
