Eclipse does not support having multiple team providers mapped to a
single project. You'd have to use something like TortoiseSVN for your
SVN needs if you wanted to do this.

You could use this Subversion ClearCase connector to publish snapshots
into your SVN repository so that you did not need to use both SVN and
ClearCase at the developer desktop.
