all files deleted on deployment

Hi,

We deployed a new version of our site - dexmo.com.
 From dev to staging worked fine - but from staging to production all
the files on the server were deleted.
Everything that was supposed to be updated was not and all the site
database files were deleted.

We have backup, so no worries.

I just wanted to ask if this is a known Subversion issue, (I know
very unlikely).

Any pointers much appreciated.
