I don't understand the user/password thing. I'm using htpasswd2 to make the
user entries per HOWTO here:
http://gentoo-wiki.com/HOWTO_Apache2_with_subversion_SVN_and_DAV

How do I make a valid user entry for another 'root' user on another machine?

Or, how do I ask the question better so I might be able to fix the configs?
svn co file:///var/svn/repos/ works fine.

I'm lost. Any takers? '-)
