Using the current Subversion software, no. However, there are other
projects that supply a WWW based interface to Subversion repositories
- e.g. ViewVC, WebSVN. One of those may do what you want, but you'll
have to investigate those individually. A list of such tools is at
http://subversion.tigris.org/links.html#high_level_tools
