place holder for revision number in source code

hi,

i remembered in CVS, there is a way let me put an CVS variable into
any place of a source file, so in the time of next commit, these CVS
variables could be automatically updated with current CVS revision
number. is there anything similar in SVN? i've not found it in the
manual.
