IxpMerge directory

Hi all,
I have finally finished merge (trunk into my branch). I was merging
directory after directory and then files in root with parameter -N.
Now I have noticed that new directories, that are in the trunk I don't
have in my branch. Do you know how to merge/copy them?
What command/parameters should I use?
