iis 7 vista and SVN

Hi,

When I try and set up a virtual directory in iis7 on vista, it can't see
the files in the checkout directory (I can see the files if I go to
"explore" but they don't show up in the iis manager). My windows 2003
server's iis can use a checkout directory as the home directory of the
site and it can see all the files and the site runs fine.

Is SVN incompatible with iis7 ?

Sorry I'm new at SVN and I'm not sure what it can and can't do.
