The problem is that this AMON module is locking files for exclusive
access when Subversion is trying to access them, so Subversion has to
wait in line. Many AV products don't play nice with how Subversion
manages its working copy info (the .svn directory) - tell yours to
ignore those directories.

If there is a bug, it's NOD32/AMON, not Subversion.
