Subhanjan,

Do not expect any hand-holding from this mailing list. People will
help you if you list out specific problems point-by-point.

In your case, you should analyse how you would like to organize the
directory / repo level permissions for the different categories that
you mentioned. Next, how these repos will be accessed; based on which
access mechanism is needed, appropriate authentication and
authorizations controls should be setup.
