mailer.conf configuration.

Hi Friends,

I have finally been able to make my mailer.py work and listen to the
configuration in mailer.conf and it also send email.
But right now it send email to everyone. I want it to send it to particular
group of particular project .

I am sure you guys have already configured mailer.conf in such a way that it
send email to particular Project members rather than to all the Project
members inside the repository.

Can you help me out on this ?
