SVN authz: two "include" questions

Can an svn authz file (as referenced by AuthzSVNAccessFile)

1. "include" another file, ala the C pre-processor
#include directive

2. Can a group be defined to be an Active Directory group
if I'm using SSPI?

If either feature is supported, I sure couldn't find out
the syntax using Google and svnbook; however the search terms
"include" "group" "domain" when combined with "svn authz"
aren't all that selective.
