Unless I am misunderstanding what you mean, the working directory is
specified in the call to checkout...

i.e.

svn checkout svn://your/server/directory c:/yourcheckoutdirectory

Subject: CheckOut of a directory from repository

Hi Sir/Madam,

I am very new to this Subversion Tool. I am reading the documentation of
subversion 1.4. I have studied about Checkout of the document maintained
in Repository to the local system. I have one doubt that, where this
document will will copied as Working Copy in Client system? I meant, in
which directorey the working copy will be maintained? Where can i get
more information about this?

Is there any help file so that we can learn using of subversion quickly?

Thanks

Arpitha BL
