One thing first: can you use Subversion via the commandline interface? The
point is that the further proceeding depends on this. If it works, the
problem lies with iSVN and you will have to contact the authors of that
program, if not, it might be a problem with Subversion itself. In that case,
please make sure that a) you really installed subversion and b) that any
necessary paths are set correctly. If that doesn't help, please describe
precisely what you did on the commandline, what you expected and what
happened.
