Trac offers almost all of that. I haven't seen any SVN web interfaces
that do commits/updates though. "Project Planning" is a little vague -
what exactly do you need here?
"Ease of use/setup" is largely subjective. What I find easy you may
find less so.
Really, I don't think you'll find an all-in-one solution. You'll need
to get a few packages working together. Trac does issue/bug tracking,
has SVN integration, a collaborative environment (wiki), and is
web-based. Jirra is another issue/bug tracking tool which can
integrate with Subversion via scripts.
I've used Trac for SVN integration and system documentation, but only
for myself (plus making a static HTML copy of everything for
"permanent" documentation). I'm not sure I'd deploy it to a project
team in my organization, but it depends on who's on the team - what's
appropriate for my organization may not be appropriate for another.
And I definitely didn't spend much time tweaking & customizing it. I
added a couple plugins but that was about it
