If your management team is wanting a product out of the box, consider
this:

1) A buy a professional support contract for Subversion from CollabNet
or the like.
2) Look at a documentation, issue tracking, road map tool that can
look into the Subversion repository or is built on top of Subversion
like Trac, Polarion or the like.
3) Utilize CruiseControl or Maven Continuum for build integration with
Subversion.

Explain, that by using Subversion as the core tool, the company's
development process can be more fluid and change with processes as the
company grows.
