"error : 405 method not found" and log message "CHECKOUT can only be performed on a version resource [at this time]"

Hi,

I am working on Dav & SVN, using DAV Explorer tool to connect to the httpd
server.

On the httpd server side i was able to import the project & even able to
checkout the project using SVN commands.

I want to checkout the code using DAV Explorer tool, getting an error.
Following are the steps followed:

1. installed apache server 2.0.52, with - -enable-dav option.
2. later installed SVN (1.4.3 ) .
3. Then created an repository using svnadmin command
4. imported the project using svn import command.

Using TortoiseSVN client
1. connected to the apache
2. Able to browse the project
3. Able to check out the project.

Using DavExplorer client
1. connected to the apache
2. Able to browse the project
3. Put the directory to check in version control.
4. when i try to checkout then getting an error "405 method not allowed"
log message is "CHECKOUT can only be performed on a version resource [at
this time]". Attached is the log file.

I would really appreciate if i get some suggestion on this. Thanks in
advance.
