What isn't immediately obvious is that you have to expand the
directory tree (click the Plus icon) just to the left of the file
listing. Once you do that, you'll see Windows (30) and if that isn't
expanded, click the + again and you'll find the Windows Apache 2.2.x
folder.

I've been seeing & reading references to this directory for weeks or
months and only now did I finally figure out how to get there. I
imagine that this is default behavior of the standard Tigris.org file
listing pages and the Subversion folks can't get it to default to
being more visible.
