post-commit errors

Hi friends,

I am getting the following errors when i am trying to get the post commit
emails to the developers.

Does anyone knows how to solve these kind of errors?

Its on RHEL-4 , SUBVERSION1.4.2

Error :

ImportError: No module named svn.fs
