 From the client's point of view, if there is one repo or a hundred
 probably would not make any difference because the URLs to access a
 given app directory would be the same. So, perhaps you could have like
 5 repositories and group the apps there in some logical way, but this
 would mostly impact the server side administration and nothing on the
 client.
