Access to 1.3.0 Subversion binaries

Hi All,

Where can I get access to an earlier versions of Subversion.

Particularly the following packages :

subversion-1.3.0-1.rhel4.i386.rpm
subversion-perl-1.3.0-1.rhel4.i386.rpm
subversion-python-1.3.0-1.rhel4.i386.rpm
subversion-tools-1.3.0-1.rhel4.i386.rpm

We have the above setup in our development environment and I want to
setup a test environment as a sandbox.

I did find it at the link below, but not sure of the sites credibility.
Does Tigris.org host earlier version? I just could not find it.
