bug in eol-style handling?

hi,

i have some problem with eol-style translations.

how-to-repeat:

- add and commit ( from linux ) a file with LF markers.
- set prop:eol-style=CRLF and commit.
- checkout the file and check markers. oh, there're still LFs.

can you confirm this? it looks for me like a bug.
