SVN::Web on Fedora

Has anyone gotten SVN::Web working on Fedora Core 6?
When I do:

# perl -MCPAN -e 'install SVN::Web'

it fails with a bunch of error messages that I saved to my blog at: sdvault.wikiplanet.com/mediawiki/index.php/Ggeller/Blog

I don't know if something is wrong with my configuration or I need to rebuild some of the software from Redhat with new packages or different options. I thought it might be a permissions problem, but changing everything in /var/www/svn to world writable didn't help.

Is this the right place to ask, or is there a better list?

Any pointers would be appreciated.
