BDB is listed as a 'requirement' in the INSTALL document. The paragraph
does say that it's only needed to support bdb repository (and not for
fsfs) but I also assumed that I needed to install it. It might be a good
place to mention that fsfs the default or to move the BDB section to
another place in the document.
