Assuming you are using svnsync, I am pretty sure svnsync is capable of
only mirroring the revisions and not your hooks etc.

I am using the svm mirroring technique for syncing the master server
with the slave. Its working perfectly fine but is not syncing the config
and hooks directory. Is there any specific setting thet I need to make
to do the same.
