access rights mechanism for the users with Apache + SVN

Hi

I am using Apache for Subversion with Apache Loadable Modules.
I have configured a "Basic" authentication and have defined AuthUserFile
created with the htpasswd utility.
Also, per directory access is defined with AuthzSVNAccessFile .

In our project, we require that users have read, write, add, delete rights
as per their Role and Responsibility in the project.
But with AuthzSVNAccessFile , I can assign read, write rights only, there
is no add and delete rights separation.
Whether "write" means add, delete and write ?
If yes, then how do I achieve more finely defined access rights mechanism
for the users? (read, write, add, delete)

        Thanks in advance.

Regards,
Swati K
