Yeah, saw this in your response to Patrick Middleton's issue. It
would absolutely help as long as the .svn directory was stored above
the svn:opaque dir in the working copy.

That is, if I have a wc called "presentations" in my homedir, and I
add ~/presentations/Demo.key with Demo.key set to opaque, all the
meta-data would have to be in ~/presentations/.svn/

Unfortunately, judging by the history of that issue, it looks like
this will never be implemented.

Thanks, I may have to... that would mean migrating our staff away
from Subversion just as we're starting to get everyone properly
trained, but it may be the only answer.
