But so far there is no explanation for why an explicit checkout of r146
produced different files. Why would a checkout of -r146 give:

>> -rw-r--r-- 1 jholec users 765 2007-04-13 13:42 r146/monitoring/play.php
while a head checkout (at r146) gave:
>> -rw-r--r-- 1 jholec users 848 2007-04-13 15:34 monitoring/play.php

Ignoring any misconceptions about -r131, something seems wrong here.
