Can not open ra_local session to URL..plzzz help

Resending the message again ,as I didnt get any replies...

Hi All,

        I need to migrate from VSS to SVN. I ran vss2svn.exe which gave me
dumpfile as an output.
        I created a repository using TortoiseSVN.
        Then I loaded that dump file into this SVN repository.
        That operation was successful, but when I tried to checkout that
repository(initial checkout), its giving an error -

        " can not open ra_local session to URL..file:///CT "

        Also, at the time of loading , it was showing me
        ....adding orphaned/ProjFDolderOne....

        can I know what is this Orphaned? Where is it loading my VSS data in
repository...

        Repository was empty, I didnot add any stuff to it before command Load.
