svn cp mkdir should make intermediate directories

There's already an open issue on this feature:

The sole purpose of this msg is to lend my voice to the desire for this
feature's implementation.

I'm facing the problem right now -- in the course of automating migration
from one tool into svn, I now have to handle individually creating any
intermediate directories that might exist on a (in this case) tags/... or
branches/... path.

So, fwiw, I'd like to see this feature (as described in the existing issue
- using an additional parameter to enable the feature, off by default)
implemented; indeed i wish it already had been.

Apologies if this isn't the correct mechanism for "voting" for features.
