Hi Stefan,

Thanks for the information, I am puzzled here.. the same user name works
when I try to connect to the SVN repository through web browser, but does
not recognize when I try to connect through TortoiseSVN. Any thoughts?

"Username not found" means just that: the username you've entered is not
found in the domain.
Can't really help you there, you have to figure out yourself what the
correct username is on the domain for you (are you even part of a domain?)
