I guess it has been a long day. It was there. Maybe, I was on the other
server where I have not installed it yet.

If you have installed it successfully, presumably you did something like

./configure --prefix=/usr/local
sudo make install

If you did, and you haven't ended up with svn in /usr/local/bin,
where did it end up? Search your hard drive and find out.

Yes. There is only one Suversion distribution, and it includes both
server and client software.
