Configuring apache for subversion in Linux

Hi,

I'm trying my hands for the first time in SVN in UNIX environment. I'm
configuring apache server for subversion in Linux.

I did everything step-by-step as mentioned in the installation document.
I was able to create a repository and able to check out the files in the
local machine.

But when I try to do it in a network by giving the following command

svn co http://<my svn server ip address>/svn/repos <working copy>

I got the following error:

svn: PROPFIND request failed on '/svn/repos'

svn: Could not open the requested SVN filesystem.

Could any one help me to resolve this?

Thanks a lot in advance.

Cheers,

Vidhya
