You're right, I missed that there was a CardBalanceQuery.jsp and
cardBalanceQuery.jsp.
That's definitely going to cause a problem on Windows. Windows
filesystems are case-preserving (at least NTFS is), but not
case-sensitive, so a filename collision happens here.
