Then how is a user to know that he can control svn's behaviour like
this if svn's use of mtimes is not documented? Documenting the issue
(maybe even pointing out the problems with recode and friends) is all
I'd ask for. As far as I can see, the svnbook does not talk about it.
I might have missed something though.
