You still didn't convince me that we don't need man pages.
I can understand why you do not want to do this yourself (no free time, and no
personal interest), but I can't understand while you'd be against someone
else doing this (which appears to be your position on the subject).

The "svn help" is not bad, but like I and other people on this thread
mentioned, it is only a short summary of the command line options, and is
(deliberately!) missing explanations on what happens in various cases,
examples, and other things which are normally placed in Unix "manual pages".

And the interesting point that I was trying to make in this thread is that
the writers of the "svn book" basically agree with me that "manual pages"
(a reference manual of each command, between the short "svn --help" and a
long book-like tutorial) are useful, and such manual pages are already
included as a section of the SVN book, so I suggested making the same text
available as standard Unix man pages.
