libapr crash?

Hello there,

In my production svn server (Windows 2003 server, Apache 2.0.x, svn 1.4.0),
I got some messages in the event viewer:

Faulting application svnlook.exe, version 1.4.0.21228, faulting module
libapr.dll, version 0.9.12.0, fault address 0x00010f67.

The server never stops (it's up for some months), but sometimes I got this
error. Any tips to find more information?

Maybe an upgrade to 1.4.3 solves this?
