RE: ignore keyword substitution during merge

Hi,

Thanks Guys, for all your input.

I find that the external merge tools may work with contents of files,
but it is unclear how I can instruct the merge tools to exclude lines
matching a predetermined exclusion list containing regex.

I also believe that the metadata information of a file (File properties
-- svn propset svn:keywords "Author Revision HeadURL Date") will not be
compared. I am curious to know how it is done currently.

Again, thanks for all your help

Lakshman
