Frodak,
That does not solve the problem that when the file is considdered
binary (forced by svn because it has mixed EOL styles), then it did
not allow me to use svn:eol-style

We are saying that svn needs to be more forgiving by letting us treat
that file as text anyway, i.e. setting svn:eol-style
