How to find a file deleted from a location I can't remember

hI,

I've deleted a file, then later deleted its parent directory (whose name I
can't remember).

It's a uniquely-named file though.

Is there some way I can do a log trawl or something that will help me
determine where it was located, and ultimately recover it?

I've tried using svn log, but couldn't crack the problem.

Thanks.
