cancelled update problematic

Hi - I killed(ctrl-C) a svn update in the middle and now everything is
out of wack.

 svn update
svn: Checksum mismatch for
'.svn/text-base/phenote-java-requirements.html.svn-base'; recorded:
'efc0c3a74ef44b6163896538e301be00', actual:
'2f0d70880ecf8e97bf1596a0121655ab'

I tried moving .svn/text-base/phenote-java-requirements.html.svn-base
out of the way and
mgibson@yuri: svn update
svn: Can't open file
'.svn/text-base/phenote-java-requirements.html.svn-base': No such file
or directory

so obvioulsy that hack doesnt work (so i moved it back) - any suggestions?
